Do you ever feel like you've tried everything to get more clients? You've posted on Instagram, you've sent emails, you've spoken at events, you've entered awards, you've joined bundles, you've been a guest on podcasts, and it's still a bit hit or miss. Today's episode is about why so many lead gen strategies feel like a slog and why? The one thing I'm about to share with you actually works because it's not because it's flashy, but because it's grounded in the kind of marketing that always works. Clear offer, right people, consistent visibility. We are gonna unpack the difference between being seen and being strategic and why this approach is giving creative business owners their momentum and sanity back. So let me start by saying, if you've done all of the things and you're still not getting consistent leads, it's not you, it's the strategy, or more likely the lack of one. Here's what I see all the time when I start talking to people who wanna work with Kaffeen. You post on Instagram hoping somebody bites you speak at a thing, and then you wait to see if any leads come in. You send a newsletter to the same 200 people over and over again, you maybe don't even put a sales pitch or a way of working with you or just anything to indicate that you're actually a business that has something to offer. And you do that over and over again. You maybe show up on LinkedIn with no real plan, just vibes, and then even then not consistent vibes. And then you think, why is this not working? So what most strategies miss is intentionality. The truth is that most strategies just miss the mark for just that one reason. So then they're just not intentionally reaching the right people. Maybe you're showing up, but often to the same audience, the same followers, the same connections, the same email list. And what actually works is getting in front of new people. Regularly who are already a good fit for what you offer and then starting a conversation that isn't pushy. It's not needy, and it doesn't make you wanna hide under the duvet. So here's why the system inside LinkedIn lead liftoff works when everything else hasn't. Firstly, you handpick who sees your message. This isn't spray and pray, man, I hate that phrase. You are not relying on the algorithm. You're saying, I want to work with that kind of person and I know how to find them. And then you literally handpick them. You build a list at scale of those people and you can go through it and check quality control and ensure that everybody on that list are the kind of people that you would like to be working with, and who want to work with you. And then secondly. When you reach out to them, you're offering something valuable upfront. You're not saying Hire me or Let's get on a call outta nowhere. You are offering a lead magnet or a training or some of the resource, an invite, a book that actually helps them for free. And you also tell them why you're reaching out to them. With that, you are letting them know that other people in their space have been interested in that. They found it useful. That builds goodwill and trust from the very first message because you are going in there offering something no strings attached that answers a challenge that they already face within their own business. The third reason. Why it works is that it's automated, but it's personal. You're not manually doing this every day. It's not depending on you needing hours in your day sectioned off to do this like time blocks in your diary. It's not depending on you being in the right mood or having the right attitude or mindset on that day, but you are showing up in a way that feels aligned with who you are. And it keeps going. Finally, final point here, it keeps going even when you're busy. So you don't have to perform online each week to stay relevant. You are not that singing dancing monkey or thinking of those poor dolphins at SeaWorld. You're not having to do that kind of performance every week to stay relevant. Your system is running in the background while you get on with client work because it's automated. So when other strategies feel like they should work, but they don't, I dunno if that strikes you as something that you've been in that position in the past. I just wanna be clear. Marketing, most marketing activities aren't inherently bad. They just can't carry your business on their own. Posting content is great, speaking is brilliant. Email newsletters, love them and really recommend them. I don't do it enough. I'm one of those people who doesn't show it consistently there, but none of those are a system. None of them guarantee new eyes on your business every week. And I wanna emphasize the word new there. This isn't about talking to people who already know love you, trust you, work with you, et cetera, or even ones who don't work with you yet, but you know that you will at some point. It's getting new eyes on your business, and especially at a time where revenue and budgets are drying up. It's super important to be reaching as many new people or many of the right new people as possible, rather than depending on the few who already know and love you. And unless you're a content machine or you have a team to do it for you, trying to make those activities, do the job of a lead engine is gonna burn you out frankly. So what makes this so sustainable? And here's the secret. This approach works because it is sustainable. You're not stuck in a content hamster wheel. You're not dependent on an agency. You're not tied to an expensive ad spend, and you're not relying on sheer willpower just to keep showing up. You have a system that grows with your audience, builds trust, and feeds your pipeline with your working parenting. Traveling, taking a nap, having a sick day, you know it's happening in the background. Even if your mindset's not in the right place, it's ticking away. You just need to make sure that you've got it running and frankly, doesn't that sound like the dream? I dunno about you. I've got young children. I work part-time. My husband is not from the country we live in and my family lives far away too. So we do a lot of traveling. We love travel as well. So in addition to seeing our families, we're on holidays, all of these things. Because I'm a parent, I don't have the evenings to work most of the time. So setting those boundaries. Is super important to me. And that's why this is so much of a dream if you identify with the kind of work schedule that I've got right now. So if what you have been doing isn't working. It is time to try something different. Lead LinkedIn, lead Liftoff is our done for you service. That sets up your entire lead generation system on LinkedIn in just three hours. We do it together. We write your messages, we build the system, and once it's live, it keeps working in the background. Attracting your dream clients. Right now it's 900 pounds until the 10th of May before it goes up to 1400 pounds. So if you've been spinning your wheels. If your content isn't converting, if referrals are drying up, this is your chance to fix the flow without overhauling your whole business. And I would add to that as well. If you just feel like you've not been deploying LinkedIn at all and you've been focusing on the other platforms, this is an opportunity to actually put it to strategic use in a way that is gonna be building your business. So you know, you've ticked off that channel on your to-do list. So all the information you need is at kaffeen.co/llo that's kaffeen.co/llo. Go have a look. You don't need to do more. You need to do the right thing consistently and this is the thing that works. I look forward to catching you next time and hope to see you in LinkedIn, lead Liftoff. Bye.
